wellbeing holiday club for young people

A holiday club with a difference: on a farm and all for your wellbeing (which is already within you!).

The club is for young people (aged 7-16) and will be on each Wednesday in school holidays.

The activities on offer will include: being in nature and outdoors; spending time with animals and getting involved in some farm jobs; art and craft activities; cooking; enjoying lunch together as a group; and anything else that takes our fancy when we’re together as a group.

The group can either be formed of individuals (so you can come on your own) or you can get your friends together and come as a group. The group size will be 6 people.

nurture & nourish - wellbeing retreat days for adults

A Nurture and Nourish Retreat Day gives you the chance to reconnect to your own wellbeing, to take time for yourself, to recalibrate and restore yourself through a day of nourishment.

The Retreat Days will be at our small-holding farm and activities on offer will include: time to slow down and take some time for yourself; connecting with nature and being outdoors; valuable wellbeing and mental health discussions, exploring how the mind works and giving you chance to have your own insights; spending time with the animals and getting involved in farm jobs (for those who’d like to!); and enjoying a lunch meal as a group.

The group can either be formed of individuals (so you can come on your own) or you can get your friends together and come as a group. The group size will be 6 people.

iheart retreat days - for young people (aged 11-18)

IHEART stands for Innate Health Education and Resilience Training and, as an IHEART Facilitator, I will guide groups of young people through a unique and transformative wellbeing curriculum.

Taught over three day-retreats, the groups will engage in activities to learn all about their innate resilience and wellbeing.

Groups will enjoy the IHEART curriculum together whilst taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings on our small-holding farm on the North Coast of Cornwall. As well as learning the unique and empowering IHEART curriculum, young people will have the opportunity to connect with nature and fall back into a state of reflection and peace-of-mind.
